Tips and Tricks
VIEWING SURVEY RESULTS ON A SHAREPOINT TEAM WEB SITE
Surveys provide a way of polling team members. If your Microsoft SharePoint team Web site includes a survey, you can view the results and see how each team member responded. If the survey is set up so that respondents' names are visible, the All Responses view enables you to see how each team member responded. The Graphical Summary view displays a compilation of responses. To view the results of a Survey created using Sharepoint Team Services, browse to your SharePoint team Web site and do the following:

1. Click on Lists in the top link bar and select the survey you want to review on the Lists page.
2. Select Show a graphical summary of all the responses to view results.
3. To review each response separately by individual, select Show All Responses and click View Response #XX (where XX is the number of the response).

Tip: Your SharePoint team Web site doesn't come with a built-in survey, but you can easily create your own. In the top link bar on your SharePoint team Web site, click Create. On the Create Page page, click Survey and follow the instructions on the New Survey wizard pages.

For more information about SharePoint Team Services, see Microsoft FrontPage 2002 Help.
